Somatic work

Somatic Coaching
Within a somatic coaching container we create space for the body to express what it is holding on to. Stress, emotions, tension and energy can be processed by the body if we give it the time and space to do so.

We will use practices like: movement, somatic exercises, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation.
​
Especially interesting when you notice:
- Physical symptoms;
- Anxiety and panic attacks;
- Mood changes, depression;
- Muscle tension in the body;
- A chronic sense of stress;
- Difficulty to relax fully;
- People pleasing habits;
- Not feeling like living life FULLY and freely;
- Emotional dysregulation;
- Not sure how to express anger, sadness, grief, shame, fear, etc.​

Tune into your body session
This is a one time session.
You will get to know my style of work and experience all kinds of tools that you can practice by yourself after the session. This one time experience is meant to remind you of the wisdom your body holds.
The four pillars I work with are: movement, somatic practices, breathing and meditation. All in order to explore what is to be found in your body and how you can safely experience it all.

Free Online Body Awareness group sessions
These monthly classes are meant as the best type of me-time for you and your body. To feel, to connect, to listen, to move, to breathe, to experience and to explore. All from the safety of your own home!

We use practices for: nervous system regulation, creating space to hold feelings, how we relate to stress, emotional regulation, letting go of tension in the body, finding relaxation + safety, finding ways to express how you feel, and more!
​
It will be a combination of (soft) movement, breathing exercises / breathwork, mindfulness, embodiment / somatic practices, meditation and theory for more understanding of the bodies physiology.

You don't have to have any previous experience for these sessions. All you need is compassion, curiosity and an open mind.
